Using contact forms on my website...

This website uses Jotform to create booking forms. Jotform collects your name and contact information and passes it to me via my Jotform account, but does not keep this information for themselves.
I use your contact information solely for the purposes of communication related to the form you submitted. 

The following information about you is logged on Jotforms servers when you submit a booking form on my website...

Your IP address: collected for spam prevention 
Submission Timestamps: the date and time the form was completed.
Form Analytics: tracks whether the form loaded properly, and how long it took to fill out. 
Geolocation data: broad geographic regions are checked against whether my site is GDPR compliant for that region.

This website is hosted by Journo Portfolio who's servers do not use cookies, trackers or scripts on my visitor's browsers. Journo Portfolio provide me with basic analytical data including number of new visitors, page visit numbers and broad location of each visit. I don't use third party analytics (like Google Analytics) on my site.

This website is connected to Stripe for the purposes of taking payment for goods sold through my website's shop. Stripe has it's own Privacy Policy. 

Data Retention
Any data my website collects during your visit is solely for analytical purposes. I have no access to your personal information unless you explicitly offer it in a form or communicate by email with me.
